We have a 0-day return policy, which means you have 0 days after receiving your custom-made item to request a return.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations. If your plans change, and you need to change the theme or items on your order, you may do that if your order has not been started yet.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Any damage claims would have to be made with the shipping carrier. 

 

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, customized/custom made items.
